Do you look back at the end of the year to review it and then set intentions and tasks for the year ahead?

‘Reflective practise’ is something my teacher training 20+ years ago got me into the habit of doing; looking at what worked, what didn’t and the changes I could make to improve it.

I find this reflecting and reviewing really beneficial and I write a list of what I’d like to achieve at the beginning of each year as a way to help guide me…
Life doesn’t always go to plan though!
Just like a lesson plan it’s there as a rough guide and liable to change, but I usually find that when I do my end of year review, I’ve actually accomplished more than I thought, even if all the things weren’t on my list.
