elfin alchemy wants to help you have a great user experience, by using the elfin alchemy website you are agreeing that you comply with and will be bound by the elfin alchemy terms and conditions.
buying from the elfin alchemy online shop
when you place an order with elfin alchemy through the online shop, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. elfin alchemy will send you an order confirmation email, listing the products you have ordered.
elfin alchemy's acceptance of your order takes place when the order is sent out (you will be sent an order despatch email). When elfin alchemy sends your order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless elfin alchemy has notified you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
elfin alchemy can refuse to accept your order:
- if payment for goods is not made and are unable to obtain your payment authorisation
- if items are not available / not in stock
- if goods have a price or product description error
- if you do not meet the eligibility criteria, for example have ordered from a country that elfin alchemy doesn't post to
